Ladai Sarkar tells everyone that Jhansi and Orchha were united now. Hamilton asks Ladai Sarkar to check out the truth in Orchha, so she slaps him and has him arrested. Laxmibai promises him that there would soon be a day when all of India would unite and he'd have to run! Laxmibai prays that Raghunath and Tatya Tope are in Jhansi and not in Orchha. Ladai Sarkar takes Laxmibai to her ancestral temple and narrates tales about her lineage. Back in Jhansi, Moropant is shocked to learn that Laxmibai and Ladai Sarkar have become friends, so he senses a conspiracy.
