Jon and Ponch are chasing motorcycle and car thieves. They can't catch them as they're protected by Andy Macedon, an old enemy of Ponch's. Officer Barry is attacked by Andy's protégé, only drawing his weapon saves his life. Finally, there is a big fight between Andy and Ponch, but Andy does not fight fair.
